WHAT'S THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping to the USA and Canada is available for 69 USD. Please be aware that international shipments are subject to import duties and taxes handled by DHL. Based on our experience, these additional fees are around 60 USD. These costs are not included in our shipping price and will be billed to you directly by DHL.

HOW IS THE ORDER SHIPPED?

We ship shoes via the fastest available courier by air with DHL.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

24 months on all our footwear models.

DO THE BOOTS HAVE TO LAST THE ENTIRE WARRANTY PERIOD?

Warranty ≠ lifetime. Lifespan depends on how often and how hard you use them. Heavy wear = shorter life. Lack of care or misuse also affects durability.

DO I HAVE TP PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TARIFFS FOR ORDERS TO THE USA?

Yes. Please be aware that since our boots are handcrafted and shipped from Europe, they are subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the USA. Based on our experience with international shipping: Shipping cost: 69 USD Estimated Customs & DHL Fees: Approximately 60 USD These additional charges are billed directly by DHL during the delivery process. We recommend keeping this in mind when placing your order, as these fees are not included in the price

CAN I RETURN STEEL BOOTS IF THEY DON’T FIT?

HOW DO I FILE A COMPLAINT OR RETURN?

DO I HAVE TO FILE A COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY AFTER A DEFECT IS FOUND?

Yes – as soon as you notice a defect, file the complaint. Delays and continued use may worsen the problem and void your warranty.
