What happens after you place your order?
A simple guide to your package's journey to you
1. Preparation and Packing
Immediately after receiving your order and payment confirmation, we get to work. We carefully inspect your items and pack them securely for shipment.
2. Handover to Courier
The courier collects shipments every business day around noon. Orders placed in the afternoon or weekend will be collected on the next business day.
3. Transit and Notification
Once scanned at the depot, you will receive an email or SMS directly from the carrier (DHL/Packeta) stating that your package is on its way.

4. Delivery to You
• Europe: 5–7 business days.
• World (DHL Air): 3–7 days depending on customs.
